What is the cost for a counseling session?

Sessions are $200. We intentionally limit our caseloads to provide highly personalized care, with availability during evenings and weekends to fit demanding schedules.

Do you accept insurance?

We are Out of Network and do not process insurance claims in our office. However, many insurance policies include Out of Network benefits, which may reimburse a portion of the cost of our services. We are happy to provide a superbill that clients can submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement.

Who are your counselors?

Our counselors are licensed, experienced professionals with a range of specialties including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and more. Each therapist carries a limited caseload to ensure personalized, attentive care.

How do I know which counselor is right for me?

We’ll help match you with a counselor based on your specific needs, goals, and preferences. If you begin working with a counselor and feel it’s not the right fit, we’re happy to support a transition to another provider.

What qualifications do your counselors have?

All of our counselors are licensed mental health professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) with advanced training and clinical experience. Many also have specialized certifications in areas such as trauma, addiction, or family systems work.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

There is no charge for any session cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be assessed the full session fee. This policy is in place because your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you, and a missed session means another client in need may have missed the opportunity to receive care during that time.

How long are session?

Sessions are 50 minutes long, providing enough time for meaningful conversation and progress while helping you maintain focus and emotional energy throughout the session.

How often do I need to attend counseling?

We typically begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong foundation. As progress is made, we may gradually reduce the frequency of sessions based on your needs and goals.
